"2nd best cingular phone ever!!!!"
Pros: easy link to windows, media files, email
Cons: no one touch speakerphone button, no EDGE
Summary: i have worked for cingular for 4 years, and have used every phone that has come out in that time, this phone and the nokia 6230 are neck and neck when it comes to best overall. i was a little apprehensive at first becasue we never carried any other audiovox phones, and the first phone by a company for a carrier always sucks. however reception is just as good as the 6230 which really suprised me, considering the 6230 destroyed every other phone.
the windows setup takes a little getting used to, but unless you are a complete idiot you will be flying around the menus in a few days, email is better than any other phone ive ever used except a blackberry (but they are hideous and difficult to use) the web browser is great, i can go on espn.com and check scores and stats just like its a desktop. the memory cards arent that expensive, and its easy to download songs to the phone. people ask me how it is compared to a motorola v3 and i tell them its no contest. i got this phone a week ago and have already sold 5 of them, the first 2 people that i sold them to already stopped in and thanked me for selling them the best phone they ever had.
all in all, i think this is one of the 2 best phones cingular has ever carried and i reccomend it to everyone. unless you are poor, then get a nokia 6230...
