"Unintuitive hard to program poor customer service"
Pros: The only thing nice about this product is that you can use rechargeables batteries. But the unit does not work so i guess it's does not have any qualities.
Cons: hard to program or load maps i should say impossible customer service sucks.
Summary: Impossible to load maps unit is small and very hard to use not user friendly at all. If you have a lot of time on your hands and like to talk on the phone with customer service then this is for you. On the other hand if you just want something that works fast and easy look elsewhere,
