Low-priced, beautifully designed, and it offers great overall performance. Also, the Samsung SyncMaster XL2370 is one of the lightest and thinnest monitors we've tested of any size. If you're looking for style with a surprising amount of substance, be sure to check this one out.

Dell UltraSharp U2410
The U2410 had a lot of high expectations upon release. Many thought of it as a successor to the excellent 2408WFP. While we had some quibbles with its performance, it's still one of the best monitors out there.

Dell SP2309W
With its low price, great performance, and many features, the Dell SP2309W is a sound buy for a 23-inch monitor. The 2,048x1,152 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio is just icing on the cake.

HP LP2275w
When we reviewed this monitor in late 2008, it was the best performing LCD we'd tested to that point. Since then, a couple monitors have surpassed its performance, but not many. Compared to any other monitor we've reviewed, the HP LP2275 has excellent performance, a full set of ergonomic features, a high quality S-PVA panel, and a reasonable price.
